    I'm thinking we should know BY Oct 15th how many are interested so that we have time to order and pick up the supplies. Not always are they rwSILY available.

    We have to go down the weekend before and the weekend after, so not sure about driving that highway 3 times in a row! Depends on the weather...But I will commit to providing a batch of fondant.
